Bandaloop

PULLMAN, Wash. – Aerial dance will be presented by the group BANDALOOP in a free, public performance at 3 p.m. Saturday, April 11, on the north exterior wall of Terrell Library overlooking the Rogers football practice field at Washington State University.

The group performs worldwide in theaters and museums, on skyscrapers, bridges, billboards and historical sites, in atriums and convention halls, in nature, on cliffs and on screen to re-imagine dance, activate public spaces and inspire wonder and imagination.

BANDALOOP also can be viewed during open rehearsals 8 a.m.-noon Friday, April 10, at Rogers Field. Learn more at a free, public lecture – with muralist and WSU alumnus John Osgood – titled “Off the Wall” at 7 p.m. Thursday, April 9, in the CUB auditorium.

The group is hosted by the WSU Student Entertainment Board for Mom’s Weekend. See them in a CBS News feature at http://www.cbsnews.com/video/watch/?id=50139044n.
