mid-east-80PULLMAN, Wash. – Middle Eastern culture, food and live entertainment will be presented free to the public during the annual “Middle Eastern Night: Marvels of the Middle East” at 6 p.m. Friday, Feb. 27 in the CUB ballroom. Doors open at 5:30 p.m.

mid-east-600Hosted by the Middle Eastern Student Association at Washington State University, the evening will feature display booths of different countries, a fashion show, henna tattoos, name calligraphy in both Persian and Arabic, authentic Middle Eastern cuisine, live music from a Seattle based Middle Eastern band, and performances by a Seattle Dabke (Mideast folk dance) group, India Student Association and Omani Student Association.
