SPOKANE, Wash. – Washington State University Spokane Chancellor Lisa Brown wants you to know she’s not the Lisa Brown quoted in the Spokesman-Review newspaper today (Jan. 29, 2015).
Today’s edition quotes a customer named Lisa Brown who contacted a consumer advocacy blogger about the way she was treated by a Comcast representative while calling to question a bill. The Comcast representative apparently changed the name on the bill to a description that was less than flattering.
Chancellor Brown says she has received several calls questioning whether she is the Lisa Brown involved in the story. The answer is no.
