Jan. 12 ceremony marks largest gift to WSU Tri-Cities

RICHLAND, Wash. – The historic partnership between Washington State University Tri-Cities and Kadlec Regional Medical Center will be celebrated in a free, public gifting ceremony at 10:30 a.m. Monday, Jan. 12, at the Kadlec Healthplex, 1269 Lee Blvd., Richland.

Kadlec’s is the largest single gift given to WSU Tri-Cities. The investment will fund distinguished faculty positions in the advanced degree programs in the WSU Tri-Cities nursing program.

“This ceremony will serve as a great example of a partnership between WSU Tri-Cities and a community leader,” said Ken Fincher, assistant vice chancellor of development and community engagement. “The results of such a significant investment provided by Kadlec will be felt by generations to come.”
