Video: Interns learn to translate science into policy

NSPIRE-program-80PULLMAN, Wash. – Graduate students gained experience translating their research into science information for policy makers during recent internships with governmental, political, scientific or nonprofit groups. They share what they learned in a new video.

The students are part of the IGERT-NSPIRE program – see http://igert.nspire.wsu.edu/ and http://www.igert.org/projects/240 – funded by the National Science Foundation in the Center for Environmental Research, Education and Outreach (CEREO) at Washington State University. The video was co-produced by the Edward R. Murrow College of Communication.
