Stephan is associate professor in the School of Politics, Philosophy and Public Affairs at WSU Vancouver. His research is in environmental information disclosure policy and citizen involvement in environmental decision making. His recently published book is “Coming Clean: Information Disclosure and Environmental Performance.”
