Clean your plate!

Fuel up with healthy, tasty meals during this week’s Clean Your Plate event at the WSU dining centers. From now until Friday, Oct. 4, daily menus feature deliciously prepared whole grains and legumes. The menus are the same at all dining center locations. The main recipe of the day is featured at the Chef’s Creation station. Check out the daily menu below:

Friday: Wheat Berries
     Vegetable Soup with Wheat Berries and Baby Spinach (vegetarian)

 Wheat Berries and Butternut Squash with Brown Butter and Sage (vegetarian)
