Exhibition proposals needed for Art Center at WSU Tri-Cities

RICHLAND — The Art Center at Washington State University Tri-Cities is soliciting proposals for solo and group exhibitions.

Any artwork is eligible to be displayed in the gallery, which is inside the Consolidated Information Center, 2770 Crimson Way, Richland.

The Art Center’s regular hours are 12 to 6 p.m. Monday through Thursday, with occasional use for special events. Exhibitions generally are open for one month.

Interested artists should send a resume, one-page proposal and representative images to dgast@tricity.wsu.edu. Put “Exhibition Proposal” in the subject line.

The Art Center is approximately 39 by 22 feet, with a high ceiling. The detailed floorplan is at http://tricity.wsu.edu/artgallery.

Please note that nails, screws or tacks may not be used. All work designed to be hung on the wall must be wired or alternatively prepared to be supported by “zipper” hooks and cables, which are capable of supporting 60 pounds.
