PULLMAN, Wash. – Lawrence Pintak, a professor and Founding Dean of the Edward R. Murrow College of Communication, will discuss Egypt’s second revolution and the implications of U.S. foreign policy as part of The Foley Institute’s Coffee and Politics Series, 12-1 p.m. Tuesday, Sept. 10, in Foley Speaker’s Room, Bryan Hall, room 308.
Before becoming a professor and Founding Dean of the Edward R. Murrow College of Communication, Pintak directed the Kamal Adham Center for Journalism Training and Research at The American University in Cairo. His latest book is “The New Arab Journalist: Mission and Identity in a Time of Turmoil.”
