PULLMAN, Wash. – The Board of Directors of Global Animal Health – Tanzania, a corporation affiliated with Washington State University, whose sole member is the Global Operations and Leadership Development Corporation, will hold its Annual Meeting on Wednesday, September 4, 2013, at 3:00 p.m.
The meeting will be held in Room 201 of the Paul G. Allen Center for Global Animal Health at Washington State University in Pullman. The purpose of the meeting is to receive annual updates of the corporation’s activities and finances, conduct corporate business, elect officers, and establish the 2014 annual meeting date.
