Information Services (IS) will perform maintenance July 20-21 on the Exchange service (email, calendar and contacts) to apply updates. During the process customers may see occasional reconnections to Exchange occur. These will be momentary and should not impact the customer’ ability to send and receive mail or access their mail.
In addition, some Exchange mobile device customers (iPhone, Android, etc.) may get a notification regarding ActiveSync policy and permissions. If prompted by your mobile device about these permissions please accept the permission request to continue syncing your email, calendar, and contacts. This will enable the end users ability to control the permissions on their respective mobile device.
