PULLMAN, Wash. – The 2013 regular session of the Washington State Legislature came to a close Sunday, but one important issue that remains unresolved is the setting of tuition assumptions for the 2013-2015 biennium. There are several alternatives on the table, but a final number will have to be negotiated and finalized in special session.
