Groups encourage student involvement via formal dance

PULLMAN, Wash. – Student engagement will take the floor during a free formal dance hosted by the International Students Council (ISC) and Residence Hall Association (RHA) at Washington State University.

The Snow Ball for students will be 7-10 p.m. Saturday, Feb. 9, in the CUB junior ballroom. Dance music will include live jazz and a D.J. playing today’s hottest beats. Hors d’oeuvres will be served.

ISC’s mission is to foster strong intercultural relationships and global awareness among students. It represents 14 international registered student organizations at WSU. International students make up 15 percent of the WSU student body.

RHA’s mission is to better students’ residence hall experience and encourage involvement through on-campus support, university-wide communication and student-led advocacy.
