The Department of Psychology will host its tenth annual Undergraduate Research Symposium on Friday, April 27. Posters highlighting original research by undergraduate students will be available for viewing between 1:00-5:00 p.m. in the CUE Atrium. Dr. Scott Lilienfeld from the Department of Psychology at Emory University will speak between 3:00-4:00 p.m. in CUE 203. The title of his presentation will be “Public Skepticism of Psychology: Why Many People Perceive the Study of Human Behavior as Unscientific.” A formal poster session and reception will follow this presentation in the CUE Atrium from 4:00-5:00 p.m.
