The 2012 life insurance special re-enrollment period in which employees have the opportunity to make changes to their life insurance policy without going through underwriting ends at the end of the month. In order to ensure appropriate processing of changes, the completed forms need to be submitted to the Pullman HRS office by March 23, 2012.
Forms can be sent to HRS in the following manners: mail to campus zip code 1014; mail to Human Resource Services, PO Box 641014, Pullman, WA 99164-1014; return in person at 139 French Administration; or faxed to 509-335-1259.
