The Registrar’s Office will be closed from December 26th through December 30th in observance of Washington State University’s closure of all non-essential business operations. During this time, the Online Transcript Ordering System (transcripts.wsu.edu) will be available for students to submit transcript requests.
However, transcripts will not be mailed or available for pickup until the office is re-opened beginning January 2nd, 2012. Please see the schedule below:
Transcripts requested on December 23, 2011 for rush service will be sent (mailed first class US Postal Service) or ready for pickup (at Pullman Registrar’s Office after 3pm) on the next business day Monday, January 2nd.
Transcripts requested on December 23, 2011 for standard service will be sent (mailed first class US Postal Service) or ready for pickup (at Pullman Registrar’s Office after 3pm) by the 4th business day Thursday, January 4th.
Unofficial, self-service transcript service will continue to be available at the transcript ordering website, at no charge.
