The Voice-over-IP (VoIP) phone conversion project is near completion and Information Services and departmental staff have deployed 6,000 IP Phones on the Pullman campus. Information Services is planning to decommission the legacy Intecom phone switch in January 2012.
It is possible that a few Intecom (ITE) phones may have been missed on campus and are still in use. In the event that you are still using an ITE phone to make and receive calls, please contact IS as soon as possible and no later than Friday, December 9th so that the ITE phone can be replaced with a new VoIP phone.
