Discussion focuses on definitions, stereotypes of aging

PULLMAN, Wash. – Faculty, staff and students are invited to reflect on what it means to be elderly during an open forum 5:30-7:30 p.m. Tuesday, Dec. 6, in CUB L45.
 
Definitions, insights from professionals who interact with the elderly and stereotypes associated with senior citizens and nursing homes will be discussed.
 
The forum is sponsored by the Washington State University Center for Civic Engagement. Students can sign up on SLPro at http://cce.wsu.edu/students to receive two reflection hours.
