Body Weight Boot Camp

Experience a unique way to train in a natural way with Body Weight Boot Camp on November 7. This is a one day event where participants will learn to exercise without the use of free weights or machines. This allows you to use these exercises anywhere, anytime by using your own body as the resistance. No matter your fitness goals, the techniques learned in Body Weight Boot Camp can help you achieve them. There is no cost to attend and registration ends November 6.
