Taste of Italy – Scholarship Fundraising Dinner

Enjoy an evening of fine dining and wine, to support student scholarships to study abroad at the APICIUS International School of Hospitality in Florence, Italy. Visiting Italian Chef Andrea Trapani and Sommelier Camilla Carrega will be preparing a five-course meal and wine pairings, beginning with appetizers at 5:00 PM, and ending with a dessert of Mouse di cioccolato. Col Solare winemaker Darel Allwine, will be present to talk about the wine selections, which are paired with each course. Saturday, November 5th, 2011. Cost: $125/person
