This WSU supervisory workshop provides an overview of the determinants of behavior and various theories of motivation. Maslow’s hierarchy of needs, goal setting, and self regulation theories are discussed in greater detail. The importance of recognizing and rewarding employees is addressed along with specific suggestions for doing so. This course takes place from 9:00-11:00.
