There’s still time to give yourself a check up on how well you are maintaining a positive balance between work and life.

The Administrative Professional Advisory Council and Work/Life Advisory Committee in partnership with University Recreation and the Wellbeing program are hosting an Employee Appreciation Week, where you can access several events to help you with your balance.

Employee Appreciation Week began October 8! Entry to the Student Recreation Center will be FREE to staff through October 14. In addition to free entry, there will be free fitness assessments, equipment orientations and Zumba classes offered.

If you are looking for other resources available on campus to staff, be sure to check out the Employee Assistance Program (EAP). The EAP is a free and confidential service available to WSU employees, and provides support for maintaining balance.

Be sure to check out our calendar of events for more opportunities during Work/Life month!
