Eating the Right Portion Sizes Seminar: Eating a balanced diet can be a struggle and often the results seen from a healthy diet may be limited if the portions sizes aren’t improved as well. In this workshop we will discuss some simple techniques for controlling your portion sizes so the amount of food isn’t hindering your healthy eating behaviors. We will discuss the correct portion sizes for many foods and how to balance these foods throughout your diet.
