Wellbeing workshops offered the week of October 10 can help you get one step closer to achieving a healthier lifestyle. “Eating the Right Portion” on October 10 and “Performance Based Nutrition” on October 12 are workshops created to enhance a well-balanced diet. Both are offered twice a day at different locations on campus. Sandwiched between the two workshops is a “Slow Your Roll” workshop on October 11. This workshop is only offered once and is created to improve stress management practices and offer different methods of relaxing. There’s no cost to attend any of these workshops.
