National Work/LIfe Month

October is National Work/Life Month!

In celebration of this month, we have several events going on throughout WSU to help promote maintaining a positive balance between work and life.

Be sure to check out Employee Appreciation Week, hosted by The Administrative Professional Advisory Council and Work/Life Advisory Committee in partnership with University Recreation and the Wellbeing program.

Employee Appreciation Week will begin October 8 and entry to the Student Recreation Center will be FREE to staff October 8-14. In addition to free entry, there will be free fitness assessments, equipment orientations and Zumba classes offered.

If you are looking for other resources available on campus to staff, be sure to check out the Employee Assistance Program (EAP). The EAP is a free and confidential service available to WSU employees, and provides support for maintaining balance.

Please be sure to check out our calendar of events www.worklife.wsu.edu/ for more opportunities during Worklife month!
