Join University Recreation and Wellbeing for a Set the Trend workshop today. This year’s Set the Trend campaign, “Goodnight Cougs,” is all about educating students about the physical, emotional, intellectual, and social benefits of sleep for overall wellbeing. Today, Wellbeing is offering the workshop “Food to Improve Your Sleep” at Northside Dining Center. There will be more events taking place through October 7 such as “Yoga Class,” “Creating a Positive Sleep Routine,” and “Relaxation Techniques.” All workshops are all free of charge.
