WSU-affiliated global animal health board to meet Sept. 27

PULLMAN, Wash. – The board of directors of Global Animal Health-Tanzania, a newly formed corporation affiliated with Washington State University whose sole member is Global Operations and Leadership Development, will meet at 3 p.m. Tuesday, Sept. 27, in French Administration Building, Room 442B, on the Pullman campus. 

The purpose of the meeting is to take actions relating to the creation of Global Animal Health-Tanzania to include adoption of bylaws, appointment of officers, authorization of operational agreements and delegations, and initiation of operations in Tanzania, including registration with the Tanzanian government as an entity doing business in that nation.
