Anna Makowski, who received a Fulbright Scholarship to work as an English Teaching Assistant at the Universidad Nacional Autonoma de Bucaramanga (UNAB) in Columbia, will host a special information session in the Honors Hall Lounge this Friday at 1:30.
In addition to working at UNAB, Anna played on the university’s soccer team and volunteered at the Foundation for Women and the Future where she helped organize a library, translated documents into English, and prepared materials for grant applications. Anna is currently attending law school at the University of Oregon. This information session is open to all who are interested in learning more about a similar opportunity through the Fulbright Foundation. Refreshments will be provided.
