Learn new techniques regarding gaining strength, muscle tone and size at the Stronger, Bigger: Strength Training workshop. A variety of training methods will be covered and a handout with sample workouts to build long, lean muscle, increase muscle strength and increase muscle size will be given to all participants. This is a free workshop that will take place on September 28 at 12:10 p.m. in Lighty Room 401 and 5:00 p.m. in the Student Recreation Center Room 144.
