SRC Strength Squad is a free weight training workshop on Sept. 20. Led by a UREC Certified Personal Trainer, participants will learn strength and conditioning guidelines as well as proper weight lifting techniques. After instruction, participants will attempt to lift for maximum repetitions in both lifts. If a participant can lift assigned weight in both lifts they will receive an official “SRC Strength Squad” Shirt. There is no cost to attend and registration ends Sept. 19.
