Learn how to build an effective workout for your personal fitness goals with a personal trainer on September 13 or 15. Topics covered will include weight lifting, functional training, cardiovascular exercise, sets, repetitions, and the importance of interval training. Participants should bring a notebook and pen so they can record their own program and ask questions throughout the workshop. This is a free workshop and registration ends September 11.
