Come and join a certified personal trainer to learn strength training guidelines through the Student Recreation Center’s Strength Squad. This personalized instructional workshop will help you refine your lifting technique for the barbell bench press and squat lifts. This workshop is a great opportunity to learn a new skill that can set you up for success this coming semester. At the end of the session participants will have the opportunity to earn an official “SRC Strength Squad” shirt by attempting maximum repetitions in both lifts.
