WSU Tri-Cities seeks proposals for art exhibits

RICHLAND, Wash. – Want to exhibit your art or know someone who wants to show theirs?
 
The Art Center at Washington State University Tri-Cities is soliciting proposals for solo and group exhibitions to be held during the 2011-12 academic year.
 
The Art Center, a modern, lighted, 800-square-foot space, is in the Consolidated Information Center building on the Richland campus. It has been host to more than 35 exhibitions of regional, national and international artists working in a variety of media.
 
To submit an exhibit for consideration, send a one-page proposal, representative images and the resume(s) of the participating artist(s) to Doug Gast, Art Center exhibition coordinator, at dgast@tricity.wsu.edu. Please put “Exhibition Proposal” in the subject line.
 
Artists whose proposals are accepted will receive a small honorarium to offset some of the costs of shipping, framing or travel.
