During the week of May 23 through May 27, there will be temporary road closures on College Avenue while the City of Pullman does manhole renovation work at the bottom of College Hill and the intersection of College and Spring Streets next to the old steam plant. Parking revisions will also occur in the Spring Street parking areas during this week.The areas may open and close as needed depending on job completions, but anticipate closures in both areas during this week.
