The server which hosts the website for Procedures, Records and Forms, including the entire BPPM, SPPM, EPM and all related forms, is temporarily out of service. Information Technology Services (ITS) has informed us that the site may not be operational again until Thursday or Friday.
Any user who needs to view a BPPM, SPPM, or EPM section or needs access to a form, may contact the Office of Procedures, Records, and Forms at prf.forms@wsu.edu. We’ll send out the applicable sections and/or forms by e-mail attachment upon request.
We understand that ITS personnel are working diligently to restore access to our website as soon as possible.
