Complete Class is an invitation for all women to learn and discuss how to avoid and respond to potentially dangerous situations. On May 28 and 29, come to the personal safety and self defense course. Taught by nationally certified Rape Aggression Defense (RAD) instructors, participants will engage in discussion and physical simulations to better equip them to handle harmful conditions. Basic self defense tactics, punches and kicks, to full body maneuvers will be taught through full simulations. The cost is $40 for Student Recreation Center members, $55 for non-members.
