University of Idaho will be holding a Beef Tasting Panel in the WSU Food Science & Human Nutrition Building, Room 146, today at noon, and will continue until sampling requirement has been met.
We are testing the meat quality of beef. Participants must be 18 years of age or older. After completing the panel questionnaire you will receive a coupon from Ferdinand’s Ice Cream Shoppe!
