Staff asked to weigh in on effects of budget cuts

In an effort to determine how three years of multiple budget cuts have affected WSU employees, psychology professor Tahira Probst, WSU Vancouver, is conducting a survey of classified and administrative professional staff.

This is a continuation of a project begun a few months ago with a survey of faculty employees. Read an earlier WSU Today article about that here.

The deadline for staff members to participate is April 1. Please do so by clicking on the survey link: http://skylight.wsu.edu/s/c999295d-1d6f-49c3-9258-f3cc3e775a91.srv

Participants will be asked to log in to the survey site with network ID in order to verify affiliation with WSU. An informed consent page will provide additional information about the study and participant rights. It is estimated the survey will take about 15 minutes.

Responses will be anonymous. Once the data are compiled and analyzed, a summary report will be made available to WSU employees. No individual data will be released, and summaries of data will only be presented when a group’s number of respondents is large enough to avoid indirect identification of any individual.
