Fulbright Program accepting applications

The traditional Fulbright Scholar Program is accepting applications for more than 800 positions for lecturing, conducting research or a combination of both. The deadline is Monday, Aug. 2.

With internationalization as a high priority in the academic world, this program supports visits ranging from three to 12 months to more than 130 countries. There are study abroad opportunities in 45 different fields or disciplines, as well as a variety of subdisciplines and interdisciplinary fields.  

The program focuses on continued professional development and is open to all U. S. college and university academic ranked instructors to and professors. Eligibile ranks include professor emeritus, untenured faculty, adjuncts, administrators, independent scholars, professionals outside academe and retirees.
