Ice sculpture and wintry cuisine will be featured as WSU Dining Services celebrates the Olympics this afternoon and tonight at Southside Cafe.
Ice Festival: A Taste of Vancouver, B.C., will showcase live, hand-carved ice sculpting by local chefs starting at 2 p.m. Dinner, including a seafood ice bar, cold drinks and a Vancouver-style sushi bar, will be served 5-7:30 p.m.
Staff, faculty, students and others are invited; RDA and Cougar CASH are the accepted forms of payment for dinner. Viewing the ice sculptures is free.
