WSU Sorority Hosts Benefit Concert

PULLMAN, Wash. – Chi Delta Sigma sorority of Washington State University will host “Music for Memories,” a benefit concert to raise awareness about Alzheimer’s disease. The concert will take place 2-6 p.m. Sept. 7 at Reaney Park.
 
Admission to the event is free and all are welcome to attend. Music for Memories will feature the artist Lex Land from Los Angeles, Calif., and J Minus from Seattle. All money raised at the event will be donated to the Alzheimer’s Association Inland Northwest Chapter.
 
Chi Delta Sigma was founded in 2007 and is the only Asian-American Pacific Islander interest sorority at WSU. Their purpose is to provide a support group for women while shaping their true characters and providing a foundation for personal growth. The women of Chi Delta Sigma uphold the values of academic excellence, leadership and awareness, as well as diversity and sisterhood.
