AMS coordinator wins monthly honor

Shane Barrett, coordinator for Academic Media Services, received the February 2009 Crimson Spirit Award.
 
Barrett was nominated by Randy Cross, also in Academic Media Services, for his selfless dedication, superior customer service, and his creativity and flexibility in problem solving. Shane manages the videoconferencing meeting activity through the AMS and WECN systems for all of WSU. He was selected for this award for his high level of service while handling difficult situations and allowing meetings to be successful in multiple events and locations.
 
The award is a monthly recognition for individual employees who perform in an exemplary manner and make outstanding contributions to the university community.
