Through the fall semester, WSU students, faculty and staff can meet with Roe for dinner at a Dining Services location of their choice to discuss any health or eating topic they desire to know more about. To join the program, called “Dinner with the Dining Services’ Registered Dietitian,” email

, indicate the topic of interest, note the preferred Dining Services Café, and provide which nights of the week work best.   

Roe said, “If I see an overwhelming demand for one topic, I can schedule these students to meet with me together in one place, on one evening, to thoroughly discuss that topic.” 

Dining Services Director, Gary Coyle, said this program helps support the University’s Well Being Initiative.  “We are providing our customers and the entire campus community with yet another service to help them Eat Well, Stay Active, and Live Fit.”
