Hillside Café (11 a.m. – 1:30 p.m., Monday – Friday) Monday – Chicken Drumstick with Lemon with Red Cabbage with Apple and Scalloped Potatoes Tuesday – Pork Cutlets with Brown Gravy and Sautéed Mushrooms with Baked Brussels Sprouts and Potato Pancakes with Applesauce Wednesday – Marinated Roast Beef with Boiled Potatoes, Carrots in Beer, and Dilled Potato and Pickled Cucumber Salad Thursday – Bratwurst & Kraut Sandwich with German-style Egg Noodles and Warm Potato Salad Friday – Baked Cod with Dill Sauce or German Beef Patties with Fried Potatoes and Harvard Beets
Northside Café (11 a.m. – 2 p.m., Monday – Friday) Monday – German Style Pizza and Black Forrest Cake Tuesday – Potato Pancakes with Bacon and Fried Eggs Wednesday – Goulash Soup with Fresh-Baked Rye Bread and Fruit Salad with Sour Cream Dressing Thursday – Wienerschnitzel with German Potato Dumplings and Weinkraut Friday – Rouladen with Pureed Potatoes and Apples and Carrots in Beer
