Photographs of discovery in the Northwest

“Captured Time” is a photography exhibit displayed at the WSU Museum of Anthropology in College Hall that includes 500,000 pictures drawn from the Washington State Historical Society’s collection.
The selected images are from the late 1800s to the 1950s and capture scenes that are familiar, yet far removed from our lives today. 
 
Photographers include Edward and Asahel Curtis, Darius Kinsey, Marvin Boland, Virna Haffer, and others, known and anonymous.  The Gallery will be on display until March 23, 2008.
