Digital art, engineering students present work

VANCOUVER – Students from WSU Vancouver will present two public showcases of their Fall 2007 work this week.

The Digital Technology and Culture Student Showcase runs 1:25 – 2:40 p.m. Dec. 5 and 1:25 – 5 p.m. Dec. 6 in the Administration Building gallery. Animations created for the Clark Country District 11 Fire Department, video podcasts for iTunes U, and a short film based on the legend of D.B Cooper are among the work on display.

Approximately 30 mechanical engineering 101 freshman students will present their rope-climbing machine projects at 1 p.m. Dec. 7 in the foyer of the Engineering and Life Sciences Building.
