Check that paystub information is accurate

The start of the school year is a good time for faculty and staff, both new and old, to chekc thier online paystubs through the Web PBS system to make sure their benefit selections are accurate.

Employees can quickly and easily monitor their benefits by visiting www.ba.wsu.edu/webpbs/index.html, clicking the “Proceed ” link and then accessing their earnings statement or employee benefits. By using their user ID and password for secure login, employees can verify enrollment and that the proper amounts are being witheld.

The employee benefits link allows employees to access their medical and dental plan selections, as well as life insurance and disability plan information. Viewing the retirement plan will show the employee’s contribution rate and the amounts withheld.

Any questions or concerns regarding employee benefits can be directed to Human Resource Services at 335-4521
