NWPR seeks volunteers for silent auction

PULLMAN–Northwest Public Radio (NWPR) will hold its Second Annual Online Auction from Feb. 16-22. Proceeds will contribute to the operating expenses for the public radio station.

Currently, the station is looking for volunteers to assist with a variety of duties to help with the work of putting the auction together. Anyone interested throughout the Northwest Public Radio coverage area should contact Tom Hungate at 800-842-8991 or e-mail hungate@wsu.edu. Business donor inquiries are also welcome.

NWPR officials say that the online auction is a way for listeners to connect to services they value and for area businesses to showcase their products and services to a desirable demographic.
