WSU Catering announces reduction in services

WSU Catering has announced a reduction of services for the next year due to the CUB renovation.

“Loss of our catering kitchen for one year necessitates the streamlining of our menus and reduction of our services to allow us to maintain the high quality standards our customers have come to expect,” said Gina Murray, marketing coordinator for Dining Services.

The opening of the Stephenson Banquet Room in summer of 2007, will allow University Catering once again to provide their full array of catering options. The Stephenson Banquet Room can accommodate groups of up to 503 for a sit-down event or for a reception.

“Many of our clients are from the community, and we want them to know that our plans are currently in development,” said Murray.
