APAC meeting April 7 eyes new e-mail system

Connect! a project that ultimately will unite computer users universitywide under one integrated e-mail, calendar and contact program, will be the main topic of discussion at the next Administrative Professional Advisory Council (APAC) meeting, 9:30-11 a.m. Thursday, April 7, to be broadcast from Murrow 53 in Pullman. The meeting will be available at various WHETS locations and via videostream at http://www.experience.wsu.edu.

John D’Aleo, Information Technology consultant and project manager of the CONNECT! project, discuss the Connect!, which will move WSU to a different e-mail and calendaring service. The meeting also will include APAC committee
reports and an update from the student public relations group working with the council.
 
APAC’s mission is to discuss employment and institutional issues, and strengthen communication among A/P employees universitywide and with administation.
